As a tenant I can say from the very onset the front office staff made me feel welcome and attended to all of my questions with ease. Until recently I had been renting through this company for 2 years. Had I not been transferred I would've happily stayed in my unit. My vacate was handled very professionally given the short notice I had given them for my move south. I was given adequate time to attend to the few items of cleaning I'd missed. I fully understand the vacate process for the team. Their aim is to ensure all tenants moving into their properties are received clean & tidy, as I did. I will be recommending this company to others moving to Townsville!
