Raelene went above and beyond to find our company a last minute storage solution during an extremely busy period at a very competitive rate. I contacted many companies around the Townsville area and Raelene was the first to go out of her way to find a solution. Alongside this, the staff who answered the phones were all professional and friendly and overall every interaction I had was positive. I would not hesitate to engage this business again should the need arise.

Biggest appreciation post to a young man named Shannon. I hope this gets back to him as he has stated that he works in real estate at John Gribbin to my daughter and would not give any other contact details to my daughter. My daughter called me straight after the incident happened and I thought I could only try and show my appreciation aswell. My daughter was paying for her fuel and her card got declined, she was visably upset. Shannon noticed this and assured her its okay and stuff like that happens he then paid $35 for her fuel and refused to provide any details to be able to return the favor as he was stating he does not want the favor returned. My daughter was extreamly grateful and feels so lucky you were there. You made her feel comfortable in an extreamly embarrasing situation. Thank you Shannon, Keep doing what your doing. I will not hesitate selling my house in the future with you or at John Gribbin knowing there are people like you working there.
